Warriors vs Jazz Preview

The Warriors are coming off back-to-back wins and have won 6 of their last 8 as they travel to Utah to take on the post-Sloan-era Jazz. Utah has lost 12 of 16 and are turning into a dysfunctional team. They are 0-2 since 23 year coach and legend, Jerry Sloan resigned from his head coaching duties. They have also dropped from 3rd in the West to 8th and do not show signs of cohesion.

Warriors Keys to Victory:
1. Start fast: We need to start fast in the first quarter and play up-tempo early in order to make our mark. The lag of back to back games combined with traveling to Utah needs to be shaken off early for us to be successful.
2. Up to the challenge: Coach Keith Smart said this game will be a challenge with everything sandwiching it. We need to come out focused and prepared to solidify ourselves and cut the gap to a .500 record.
3. All-star Monta: I would love to see a statement game from Monta who has been great so far this season. If he can come out with another great performance and prove his all-star caliber than the Warriors should have no problems in beating the Jazz.

Prediction: 756sports is taking the Warriors by 6 again in this one. If we can run n’ gun and keep our minds in it with the all-star break looming, then we should be able to pull out 3 wins in a row and defeat Utah tonight.
